Please ensure you have an ACT staff member ready to receive your remote request by phoning our office on 02 4472 7170.

Remote Support Instructions:
1: Click on the button with the two computers above.
2: A window will popup asking if you want to run or save the file.
3: Click "Run", or if this is not an option, "Save" the file, and then run it.
4: If need be, click "Yes" and/or "Allow" to any security questions that popup.
5: When the program opens, double click on the support staff member.
6: Provided they are ready, the remote staff member is now able to assist you.
Please note: For a staff member to connect, you must initiate the connection every time.
Without you running the program, and selecting the right staff member, we cannot connect.
